Part Time Credit Controller 20-30 Hours Per Week Hybrid Working

We are recruiting for an award winning business, with a head office in Ipswich and two other sites in Suffolk. We are looking for a Part time Credit Controller to join their friendly and professional team. You will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers by phone, email, and letter to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiating payment plans and resolving queries
• Reconciling customer accounts and issuing statements
• Reporting on aged debt and cash flow
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• You will work between 20-30 hours a week, with flexible days and hours to suit your needs. You will also have the opportunity to work from different locations, depending on your preference. You will receive a competitive salary of GBP14.00 per hour, plus benefits.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
• A positive and proactive attitude
