Part Time -3 days per week

Hours of Work : Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 09.00am till 5.00pm with and hour lunch.

Pay Rate : 13.50ph to 15ph dependent on experience.

Are you an experienced Credit Controller who is available for an immediate start and can work 3 days per week?

If so, We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Credit Controller to join our clients finance team on a part time, temporary ongoing basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage and optimize our clients credit and collections processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and supporting the overall financial well-being of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Management:
• Assessing and analyzing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Establishing credit limits and terms in accordance with company policies.
• Collections:
• Proactively contacting customers to secure payment for overdue invoices.
• Resolving billing issues and disputes to facilitate prompt payment.
• Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication regarding payment terms and expectations.
• Reporting:
• Generating and analyzing financial reports related to credit and collections.
• Providing regular updates to management on the status of outstanding accounts.
• Process Improvement:
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement in credit control procedures.
• Implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of the credit management function.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of credit and collections processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Working in the construction sector would be advantageous but not essential.
