Immediate opportunity available for an individual to join a well-established business in Brierley Hill, working in their accounts team, focusing purely on Credit Control.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for our client based in Brierley Hill to work as part of their busy and friendly Finance team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Analysing customer accounts and credit history to determine appropriate collection strategies
- Updating customer information and tracking payment activity
- Performing data entry tasks to input payment details and updating account information
- Posting and allocating sales receipts
- Monthly reconciliations including bank recs
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with experienced Credit Controllers who have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work. Due to the urgency in this role, we require candidates to be available to start a new role within the next couple of weeks.
This position is office based / hours are 09:00-17:00
