What would the role entail?
- Chasing outstanding payments by telephone, email and on occasion letters.
- Managing and resolving queries with clients relating to their accounts.
- Working closely with the recruitment team to maintain an efficient credit control strategy.
- Flagging accounts that require further action without delay.
- Raising credit notes.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Someone interested in a part-time position – would be ideal for someone looking to fit work around personal commitments.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10% of the business is in emerging tech markets and trades internationally. Whilst experience with crypto payments is by no means essential, a willingness to learn about crypto payments would be preferable.
