Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Redhill - office based
Credit Control duties:
- Ensure credit control - collection procedures are administered - chasing of debts daily
- Monitoring and prioritisation of ledger debt daily
- Setting up manual Direct Debits
- Following up on rejected DD's immediately
- Build and develop customer relationships
- Working closely with the Credit and Collections team
- Handling customer payment / debt queries
- Sending copy invoices
Skills and experience:
- Proven credit control / collections / finance experience
- Strong MS skills - Excel (v-look ups, pivots) and Word (mail merges)
- Excellent customer service skills
