SalaryOur client is offers a very specialist service to the automotive industry and they have an opportunity for a Part-Time Credit Controller to join their Accounts team.
Working 15 hours over 3 days (flexible), you will join the Line Manager in keeping debtor days down to a minimum. It is very important that the successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of payments and timely recovery of debts.
General duties will entail:
- Chasing overdue debt by email and general correspondence
- Manage and resolve queries with customer accounts
- Negotiation of payment terms
- Drawing attention to overdue accounts
- Maintenance of correct data on the system
- Provision of outstanding customer service
In order to carry out this role, candidates should have relevant credit control experience along with a general understanding of sales ledger. You will excel in this post if you have strong communication skills and can work well in a team environment.
This post is office based working 15 hours over three days.
