Do you have previous experience within a Credit Controller role?
The Best Connection are seeking a candidate, on a temporary basis to work at our well established client in Somercotes, Alfreton
Duties of the role:
- Process outstanding invoices
- Contact customers by telephone, email and letter re outstanding invoices
- Resolve queries in a timely manner
- Respond to customer queries
- Provide assistance to the overall Credit Control function when necessary
- Manage own customer account base
- Manage own administration, manage volume live accounts, work as a team to reduce average debtor days.
- Escalate any issues to the appropriate Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager
The ideal candidate would have:
- Recent and relevant Credit Control experience
- SAP system experience could be an advantage, but is not essential
- Ability to prioritise work to deadlines and manage time efficiently
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage time, and use initiative
- The ability to work successfully in a busy process-driven environment
Working hours:
- 08:30 - 1700, Monday to Friday
- £11.79 - £12.30 per hour
