An amazing opportunity for an experienced credit control to join a busy and fast-paced credit control team, initially temp- perm position with the potential of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Credit Control Manger
- Manage lives accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone/ email
- Placing accounts on stop
- Arranging payment terms
- Investigating and resolving customers’ queries
- Ad hoc duties relating to credit control
Must have:
- Must have experience credit control and working within busy environment
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner
- Good Excel skills
