We are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller Administrator for a well-established growing client based in Nottingham who offer a committed and supportive workspace.
The main purpose of the role is to be focus on maintaining the Credit Control inbox, preparing remittances and posting to the relevant ledgers.
To be considered for the Credit Control Administrator role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Similar experience in a finance or admin environment
- Be organised, show excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise workload
- Have the ability to liaise with all levels across the business
- Keen to see a process from start to finish
- Be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel
Within this Payroll team, you’ll also be:
- Raise tickets on the CRM System for internal jobs
- Attend meetings in person or on Teams when required
- Provide general administration support to the Billing, Collections and Admin team (BCA)
- Prepare remittances to post cash accurately
- Overseeing the Credit control inbox and allocation of queries to the relevant individuals
- Assist with invoice queries, credit checks, and chasing late payments
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary is £22000 per annum
- Full time hybrid hours Monday – Friday, with 2 days based in the office
- On site parking
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays
