Job Summary:

Embark on an Exciting Credit Controller Role!

Our client's team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller Specialist to make a significant impact on credit control processes, outstanding debt resolution, and collaboration within the Credit Controller team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer payments with precision, actively pursue remittances, record transactions, allocate funds, and investigate unallocated cash reasons.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to address outstanding debt and reconcile unallocated cash.
• Skilfully manage emergency orders, identifying new purchase order (PO) numbers to support Credit Controllers.
• Assist Credit Controllers by formulating and chasing credit requests, contributing to process optimisation.
• Conduct credit allocation and investigation tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Play a key role in developing and refining credit control processes.
• Undertake additional tasks supporting Credit Controllers, such as following up on outstanding payments.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in credit control or a related field, showcasing a track record of successful contributions.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and client interactions.
• In-depth familiarity with credit control processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing precision in all aspects of credit control responsibilities.
• Proficiency in intermediate Excel skills, leveraging spreadsheet functionalities for efficient data management and analysis.
