We have a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Control professional to join a well-established family run practice in Northampton. With the aim to grow a successful Credit Control team over the next 12 months you will use your expertise and market knowledge to define a comprehensive range of outsourced Credit Control services, tailored to the needs of their diverse range of clients.
Key Duties:
- Define a comprehensive range of outsourced Credit Control services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Develop service packages with clear pricing structures and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify the demand for outsourced Credit Control services among potential clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Recruit skilled professionals with expertise in Credit Control, debt management, and customer service.
- Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and tools.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the team.
- Showcase the businesses expertise and value proposition through various channels, including social media, website, and industry events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Credit Control or finance department
- Man-management and people skills
- Confident, self-starter that can be relied upon to work to own initiative
- Good market knowledge and confident in targeting key clients
- Prepared to grow and develop a team of successful Credit Controller’s
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Demonstrable continuous improvement initiatives
