Job description
- Demonstrable experience of working in a professional, busy, and demanding SME environment.
- Previous experience in an end-to-end purchase ledger role.
- Good numeracy skills, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good interpersonal communication skills, such as written, oral, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Able to consistently deliver quality outputs.
- Have a good understanding of credit control policies, procedures, sales ledger credit management.
- Experience of invoice factoring desirable
- Experience of dealing with clients at all levels and senior internal personnel to manage client accounts.
- Ability to manage & prioritise an extensive workload.
- Knowledge of credit control, issuing customer statements, chasing debt, and attending debt review meetings.
- Confident being the key contact working between customer service team and finance to resolve customer queries.
- Ability to build excellent customer relationships, ensuring any issues are resolved at the earliest opportunity.
- Experience monitoring debtor ledgers to ensure accuracy of input.
- The ability to export, analyse and update data in large volumes.
