Credit Controller With Accounts Receivable

Job description

Demonstrable experience of working in a professional, busy, and demanding SME environment.
Previous experience in an end-to-end purchase ledger role.
Good numeracy skills, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Good interpersonal communication skills, such as written, oral, and persuasive communication abilities.
Able to consistently deliver quality outputs.
Have a good understanding of credit control policies, procedures, sales ledger credit management.
Experience of invoice factoring desirable
Experience of dealing with clients at all levels and senior internal personnel to manage client accounts.
Ability to manage & prioritise an extensive workload.
Knowledge of credit control, issuing customer statements, chasing debt, and attending debt review meetings.
Confident being the key contact working between customer service team and finance to resolve customer queries.
Ability to build excellent customer relationships, ensuring any issues are resolved at the earliest opportunity.
Experience monitoring debtor ledgers to ensure accuracy of input.
The ability to export, analyse and update data in large volumes.
