Our client, a well-established technology company is seeking a Credit Controller to join their EMEA Finance team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with customers and internal business units to ensure smooth functioning of all credit control areas.
Responsibilities:
Review customer invoice requests, ensure taxes, specific requirements are dealt with correctly. Reconcile and manage selected customer accounts. Work closely with accounts Payable staff to ensure offset transactions are properly booked and reconciled. Resolve queries with customers. Maintain customer contact records. Carry out credit checks on customers. Complete applications for bank guarantee. Raise customer invoices, credit notes. Requirements:
Accurate with significant quantities, articulate, extremely numerate and logical. Good understanding of Credit Control, VAT and Tax and export. Self-motivated, ambitious, keen to learn, and make efficiency improvements to processes. Able to present information clearly, concisely, informally and to larger audiences. Skilled in the use pf Microsoft Excel and World. Skilled in the use of ERP systems.
