Starting salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience)
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch, 37.5 hour week)

Hometech-UK provide specialist repairs for the new build trade. We are looking for a Credit Controller/Sales ledger You'll be responsible for all things invoicing, purchase ledger and credit control. Some previous practical - office experience is a must to be considered for this role.
What you'll spend your time doing:
- Creation and sending of accurate daily invoices for works completed
- Establish and maintain regular communications with customers to facilitate timely payments
- Ensuring timely resolution to invoicing queries
- Credit control: monitoring the company's ledger, ensuring all late payments are chased - preferably by telephone calls first and then emails. You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone in these situations
- Daily reviewing of credit control reports and managing these accordingly
- Use of Xero, Microsoft Office packages and internal CRM system
- Other administrative duties essential for your role and the support of the business
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial business, minin=mum of 2 years Credit Control experience
- Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages essential
- Knowledge and experience of accounting software.
