We are currently partnering with a Top 40 UK law firm with offices nationwide, who are looking to recruit a Credit Hire Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) to join their motor department. The firm offers great internal progression schemes and prioritises internal movement to progress your career. A competitive salary and benefits are available. This vacancy is open to both their Liverpool and Manchester offices.
Your new role
This Credit Hire Solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of Credit Hire cases to conclusion. You will review liability and quantum of claimant solicitor conduct and then create a strategy for continued handling. This role will see you instructing investigators and counsel, posing Part 35 questions and making Part 36 offers.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a NQ-3PQE solicitor/CILEX, ideally coming from a defendant background. However, strong candidates with claimant experience will also be considered. Previous experience handling your own caseload of litigated motor files is required. Credit Hire experience is essential. You must have excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation. Strong IT, written and communication skills are required. Successful candidates must have good time management, be organised and be able to multitask.
