They are currently going through a lot of change and growth, and with that a SAP implementation. This role will report into the Financial Operations Manager and will help form a lot of the Credit and legal policies as well as collection procedures for the team of 15, which is likely to grow with time. You will lead in overseeing a monthly cash collection of £30million, mitigating risk whilst ensuring cashflow.
Primarily you will shape the Credit Management policy, in collaboration with the wider finance, operations and sales teams.
What you'll need
- 3+ years leading/supervising a collection/credit team
- Extensive experience in Credit Management and Risk, with legal debt recovery experience desirable
- Strong ERP experience, exposure to SAP would be advantageous
- CICM qualified or studying towards qualification
- Strong Business Partnering skills
- Ability to negotiate and strong dispute management/query resolution skills
- Experience in training, coaching, upskilling a team
