Credit Manager

If so, we are working with a forward thinking, national well recognised brand in Warwick, who have been trading for almost 100 years across the UK & Ireland. They are currently going through a lot of change and growth, and with that a SAP implementation. This role will report into the Financial Operations Manager and will help form a lot of the Credit and legal policies as well as collection procedures for the team of 15, which is likely to grow with time. You will lead in overseeing a monthly cash collection of £30million, mitigating risk whilst ensuring cashflow.
Primarily you will shape the Credit Management policy, in collaboration with the wider finance, operations and sales teams.
What you'll need

• 3+ years leading/supervising a collection/credit team
• Extensive experience in Credit Management and Risk, with legal debt recovery experience desirable
• Strong ERP experience, exposure to SAP would be advantageous
• CICM qualified or studying towards qualification
• Strong Business Partnering skills
• Ability to negotiate and strong dispute management/query resolution skills
• Experience in training, coaching, upskilling a team
