Your new role
The Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit management function within the organisation. This includes managing a small team and focusing on reducing aged debt.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Debt Management: Implement effective strategies to reduce aged debt, improve cash flow and minimising the risk of bad debt.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports detailing aged debt status to senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with customers, sales, and customer service teams to resolve outstanding queries and improve credit control processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in credit control or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software
