There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Credit Risk Administrator to join our Finance team.
About the role
Reporting into the Credit Risk Manager, this role will provide accurate and effective administration support to the Star Pubs & Bars Credit Control team. Providing support in the management of email mailboxes, producing reports, cash allocation and customer reconciliations.
This role is to support the Credit Control team in meeting SLAs and delivering an efficient Credit Control service to customers. This is an excellent opportunity as a foot in the door to the world of Credit Control, as a new role you’ll be able to mould it into your own and truly excel in the position!
Who we’re looking for
This role isn’t customer facing, but you’ll be required to provide excellent service to our internal teams, so great communication skills are key! Ideally, you’ll have some administration experience and comfortable with excel.

- The ability to use your initiative – we’re looking for someone who can see what needs done and crack on.
- Good communication skills – able to explain what you need and ask questions when you don’t understand something.
- A curious mindset – be nosey! We want someone who can ask why we do things the way we do. We love to be challenged and would appreciate your fresh perspective.
