What you'll do:
- Assist AV Ops Executive in day to day tasks
- Monitor campaign delivery ensuring specific requests have been booked.
- Checking the mailbox daily to ensure relevant messages are picked up.
- Complete daily filing taking into account any scheduled early closedowns, monitoring the progress throughout the day communicating with the sales floor.
- Book and check all On Demand airtime.
- Manage the Pub feed football on a monthly basis and ensure it is sold appropriately.
- Booking and monitoring of the Sky Ent channels peak and overall delivery.
- To assist the ATM Managers & Executives in optimising airtime across the Sky Media channels whilst complying with all airtime restrictions & regulations including HFSS, x-kids and time restrictions.
- Ensure Sky News sequencing is completed on a daily basis.
- Ensure all necessary amendments/spot moves and late changes are actioned by the daily deadline.
What you'll bring:
- Be a good communicator and be able to develop and maintain relationships
- Goal orientation – focused on setting and exceeding personal, team and organisational goals.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working to deadlines.
- Must be numerate and comfortable with basic calculations.
- Must have good general computer literacy skills especially Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Confident communication with other departments within Sky Media.
- Balanced and constructive perspective in dealing with any issues.
