THE COMPANY
The organisation is seeking a candidate that has an innovative approach to utilizing large datasets, identifying root causes, and generating actionable insights to optimize outcomes for both customers and the business.
THE ROLE
This position would be part of the Credit Risk team. Within this role, you would be:
- Develop and optimize insight-driven prevention, collection, and recovery strategies for existing customers, with the aim of improving outcomes, optimizing earnings, and ensuring fair treatment for customers.
- Improve and implement new policies into the decisioning systems to target new customer sets.
- Drive a deep understanding of customers, especially in terms of vulnerability and affordability.
- Promotes behavioral insight and experimentation, exploring new contact strategies and technology.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical and data analysis, and proficiency in SAS. (Python knowledge is beneficial)
- Experience within a data-led Credit Risk environment
- Curiosity and a continuous drive to seek improvement and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas simply to non-technical stakeholders.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Up to £45,000pa base salary.
- Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
- Discretionary yearly bonus.
