Credit Sales Director - Nordic and/or DACH Region

My client is a leader in Global Credit investing. With over 300 employees, and nearly $30bn AUM across multiple credit strategies: Direct Lending, Capital Solutions, Special Situations, Structured Credit and Credit Market Opportunities, they are looking to expand their team.

They have extremely strong products and a great distinct position in the market.

Their global presence is vast, however they are looking for someone to focus on waving the flag in Europe. A candidate with a track record of raising capital (for Credit) from Nordic or DACH investors is required.

My client is looking for someone who is methodical and rigorous with a rolodex of investors.

Candidate Requirements:

1) Have to have worked on funds which are 2bn+

2) Track record of closing capital with credit team. Strong understanding of the fundraising process from start to finish

3) 8-11 years of experience. 5 needed in Credit sales

4) Working with Nordic and/or DACH investors for at least 3 years
