Looking for a creative, curious, self-motivated and result-oriented ERP Sales Director with a skill set across the following areas:
- Background working in any ERP technology using experience to establish and own key stakeholder relationships within both Oracle and Salesforce, to enable us to sell collaboratively, win and deliver with their account teams and solution specialists.
- Leading & orchestrating sales pursuits with enterprise clients – building key stakeholder relationships and overseeing solutioning and commercial development. Ensuring compelling proposals which address client’s key requirements at competitive value fully leveraging our solution assets.
- Ensuring smooth transition into delivery, collaborating with practices throughout the sale process to ensure that the proposal is commercially & technically sound.
- Developing campaign for offerings which resonate with retail & manufacturing clients, drawing upon our partners’ and our own technology.
- Developing sales organisation for Europe over time, including sales and business development teams.
- Owning and delivering personal sales quota as well as sales team leadership; skilled in managing CRM and marketing tools for reporting.
- Spearheading initial sales foray into mainland Europe, establishing necessary alliance & partner relationships.

Location
This is a European role, with a primary focus on supporting client activity in UK & Ireland. Over time, we will be expanding into mainland Europe, and this role will take the lead for that expansion.
Flexible to candidate location. Fluent business & technical English is required, as is the ability to frequently support in person meetings with our partners & clients within the UK & Ireland market, especially in and around London and Reading.
Requirements:
Successful candidate will meet all or majority of the following requirements. They can come from a PS / Consulting background, someone who has strong ambition to be an integral part of the company’s growth.
We will also consider candidates who might look to progress their career stepping up from being an experienced and success sales manager to working as a Sales Director:
- 10 years+ commercial experience in relevant field – potentially including client side, vendor, and consulting experience - mandatory.
- 5 years+ sales management within professional services consulting environment – mandatory
- 5 years+ alliance management within professional services consulting environment – highly desired
- Knowledge of sales process and CRM tool and reporting – mandatory
- ERP / Cloud technology network & knowledge – highly desired
- Retail, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals experience - mandatory
- ERP, Supply Chain or Manufacturing solution exposure – mandatory
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills - mandatory.
- Collaborative team player, with strong commitment to values led sales - mandatory.
