Description
- Develop and implement business strategies to boost retail sales growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within department stores across the UK, US & EU
- Manage and grow key accounts once won
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales processes
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Drive the performance of the sales team through effective leadership and coaching
- Participate in industry events to promote the company's image and products
- Attend trade events to promote the brand
Profile
A successful Business Development Director should have:
- Proven experience in a senior sales or Business Development role
- Experience in fragrance and/or beauty
- Track record of winning new business, driving growth and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of and relationships with department stores across the UK or US or EU
- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in business analysis and strategic planning
- The ability to drive a high-performance sales team
- Based in London with the ability to travel
Job Offer
- A competitive salary up to £90,000
- Annual performance related bonus (tiered system)
