Our client is a market leading supplier of Luxury Packaging: Rigid Boxes, Luxury Paper Bags, Tissue Papers etc supplying prestigious brands and retailers across the globe.
Our client is looking for a strong New Business hunter who can win new customers and also maximise potential of existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients and markets for luxury packaging products, including bags and boxes
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the products
- Actively seeking out and establishing New Business opportunities
- Understanding clients' needs and proposing suitable packaging solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals in line with company policies
- Collaborating with the production facility overseas to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and providing regular updates on sales activities
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Staying updated with industry trends and developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly
