- Basic salary £50-60k plus OTE (£90k in first year uncapped ) realistic £90-140k OTE in year 2

Location: Covering Nationally – primarily remote with 20% travel
Zest4Talent are looking for Business Development Manager with a focus on new business generation ( 80% ) for a growing, well established, international company in an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate will be;
- Driven to exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, career orientated with a desire for continuous personal development
- Ability to sell innovative and complex technical products
- A stable work history with proven success of closing sales
- Confident using a CRM system to record activity and plan sales strategies
A brief summary of your day to day….
- Providing leadership to a small team of 2 existing BDM’s with a dotted line report to the Sales Director
- Following up leads created by the internal sales development team
- Generate your own sales leads and plan and implement your sales approach
- Build a sales pipeline and record activity on the CRM
- Provide ongoing account management and point of contact for your closed sales.
- Prepare quotes and bid documents.
- Creating monthly performance reports
- Learning specification on new products and introducing the products to market
