Service Care Solutions have a great opportunity for a Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team in Exeter! The service provides high quality mental health support to adults, as well as social and practical support to service users in crisis both in person and digitally.

Job Type:Crisis Recovery Worker
Contract: Temporary
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour LTD

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver emotional support, advice and guidance to service users


• Supporting patients and encouraging them to engage with others in their daily activities


• Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date


• Assess and determine risks and needs of the person accessing support


• Encourage individuals to recognise, understand and manage factors that effect their mental and physical health

Requirements

• Experience working with people with mental health issues and able to cope with individuals in distress


• Ability to work unsupervised within a larger team and prioritise workload


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Always show empathy and understanding of sensitive and complex issues
