As a CRM Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our three business divisions, specialising in the No Win No Fee sector. You will handle client onboarding, gathering key information, and ensuring seamless communication. This role involves both phone and email interactions with clients, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. We will provide comprehensive product and industry training to ensure you are well-equipped to make your mark.
Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexible working options
CRM Administrator Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of administration experience.
* At least 1 year of experience with HubSpot (CRM).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-motivated and resourceful.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
