Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - fixed term contract for 12 months

Role purpose:
ShelterBox is striving to provide outstanding information systems and technology that will maximise our fundraising and operational capability through the implementation of new software and analysis solutions that support both our fundraising objectives and the efficient delivery of aid to our beneficiaries. To support the 5-year Business Strategy, ShelterBox has launched a full Business Systems Transformation (BST) project which will deliver end to end functionality including CRM. As part of this project, we require a Database Assistant to help with data cleansing in preparation for migration to the new CRM.
Reporting to the CRM Manager the successful candidate will operate within the CRM Team and will contribute effectively in order to help us deliver the CRM part of the BST implementation on time.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good CRM experience in an administrative role, who wants to play an important part in the biggest technology transformation in the charity’s history.
This is a new fixed term role at ShelterBox for the BST, and we are seeking a detailed oriented person who has experience of data entry and cleansing in a CRM. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM Manager to cleanse the CRM data as part of the data mapping and migration portion of BST.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working closely with the CRM Manager, executing data cleansing tasks within Blackbaud CRM
- Keep a log of changes made/track progress
- Ensure work is done in a timely fashion
- Work with wider fundraising teams to offer assistance with their data cleansing tasks
- Undertake other reasonable duties as may be required
- Keep within the charity’s aims and objectives
