Our client, a brilliant engineering business who have achieved phenomenal growth is looking for a driven, focused Quality Manager. This position would suit an individual who wants to lead and develop a team, take ownership, and implement procedures and processes -being part of something exciting.
This business has an excellent well-facilitated site and has an enormous appetite for development. A fast paced and rewarding role that requires thinking outside of the box and really getting stuck in.
 
Key responsibilities as Quality Manager:

• Responsible for the implementation of policy and procedures across the Quality function of the business, ensuring that there is a focus on Continuous Improvement, cost-effectiveness, and top Customer Service throughout
• Be a solutions provider to internal and external demands in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
• Nurture and drive your team, mentoring, inspiring, influencing, and leading by example to ensure teamwork and collaboration throughout

Experience as Quality Manager:

• Experience in a similar role in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable experience in driving Quality efficiency and high standards
• Track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• An excellent communicator, and a great people person who understands the importance of building relationships both internally and with clients.
• An ability to multi-task and manage several projects at any one time.
