THE ROLE
As the CRM Analytics Manager your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy
- Lead a small team in the development and growth of their skills within CRM
- Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
- Use SQL (R/Python) to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong SQL (R/Python) to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
- Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
THE BENEFITS
