BettingJobs are working with an iGaming Operator who are looking to add a CRM manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies with a keen focus on enhancing customer relationships, optimising customer engagement.
- Design and execute customer engagement strategies, including personalised messaging, email marketing, and feedback collection. (Including Content and Copywriting Skills)
- Leverage data-driven insights to shape and refine marketing strategies, making data analytics an integral part of the decision-making process.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust campaign reporting systems to measure and improve the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Craft and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring the customers receive a seamless, personalised, and engaging experience from acquisition to retention.
- Devise and implement bonus strategies that capture the attention and loyalty of the players, offering a competitive advantage in the igaming industry.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, exploring new avenues for customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and internal/external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and deliver campaigns with excellence.
- Staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices with continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with a strong background in igaming.
- A keen interest in Sports Betting and Casino.
- Expertise in business analytics, campaign reporting, and customer lifecycle journey optimisation.
- Proficiency in bonus management, capturing and retaining players through strategic bonus offerings.
- A visionary thinker with the ability to bring fresh, creative, and innovative ideas to the forefront.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for excellence, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ideally regular travel to Brighton would be required.
