Salary3Search are partnering with an amazing retailer in the health and wellness space, looking for a CRM Specialist to join the team for a minimum of 3 months.
This business is in huge growth and is looking to improve the full CRM mix to reflect so. They have ambitious plans with customers at the center, which equally means retention and excellent customer journeys are at the core of their improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- The CRM Specialist will complete an audit on the CRM channels and current automation
- Recommend improvements for and challenge the status quo for a disruptive business
- Implement improvements with a 'test and learn' approach across workflows and automation, using the data from the audit to explain why
- Own the strategic element and explore best practices for the business
- Identify commercial opportunity, where are the gaps and how you improve this
The CRM Specialist must:
- Have experience with Klaviyo
- 5+ years in CRM
- Start ASAP
- Confident experience within retail, ecom, health and wellness or subscription businesses
- B2C background
- Be confident in challenging the current CRM workflows and recommend new ideas to senior management
