We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will help us implement CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

This role may be an ideal fit for a CRM Specialist presently working in banking or in a financial sector with a keen interest in multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push messages, in app message) and automation. You will be part of a lean, yet energetic team working alongside the CRM Lead and other CRM Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

•     Plan, execute and optimise daily schedule of either single-channel or multi-channel campaigns.
•    Campaign Analysis: Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•    Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
•    Provide regular reports and insights to the CRM team and other stakeholders, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on business goals.
•    Support other CRM team activities and help other relevant teams / tribes where needed.

Request

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

•    CRM campaign management experience.
•    Experience at using some of the CRM and email marketing platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, IBM Watson Campaign Automation, Hubspot, or Dotdigital.
•    Proven email building experience either via drag and drop editor or via html master template plus experience building push notifications and in-app messages campaigns.
•    Basic email HTML coding experience plus knowledge of liquid script.
•    Good understanding of data management, analysis and reporting.
•    Proficiency and ability to manipulate data, e.g. manual list creation, cleaning and upload via Excel or CSVs.
•    Experience in content localization would be welcome.
•    Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
•    Previous experience in banking or financial sectors would be beneficial.
