We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will help us implement CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
This role may be an ideal fit for a CRM Specialist presently working in banking or in a financial sector with a keen interest in multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push messages, in app message) and automation. You will be part of a lean, yet energetic team working alongside the CRM Lead and other CRM Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Plan, execute and optimise daily schedule of either single-channel or multi-channel campaigns.
• Campaign Analysis: Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the CRM team and other stakeholders, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on business goals.
• Support other CRM team activities and help other relevant teams / tribes where needed.
