A multi-award-winning company, which provides heating solutions is expanding and looking for a CRO Developer to join!
THE COMPANY
This company offers heating solutions and lets customers purchase a fully fitted boiler online, being one of the first companies in this space to do so completely online. They are looking for someone to join their Customer Acquisition team as a CRO Developer and focus on experimentation and other product features.
THE ROLE
- Develop experiments using server-side and client-side AB testing tools, such as AB Tasty
- Provide technical expertise during the planning stage of the AB testing roadmap
- Ensure all new code is fully tested
- Work alongside other engineers to solve problems
- Utilising skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experienced with AB testing tools, ideally AB Tasty
- Expertise in using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is required
- Previous experience working in Experimentation/CRO
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
