Role and key responsibilities for Customer Service Representative / Account Manager
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to prospective customers.
- Assist in the conversion of leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of customer databases and records.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Representative / Account Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to be hands-on in the factory for a couple of weeks to gain a deeper understanding of our products and processes.
Salary: £13 per hour
Working hours:
Monday to Friday office working hours
