Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE . This role is a customer service based role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of your own customers.
To be considered for this role you need to thrive on building customer relationships, both existing and new. Working in a small team of approx 5, but working a much larger amount of people in other teams around you.
For the role of CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE , you will need to have competent IT skills and ideally some administration experience, however this is not essential.
The CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is available immediately for the right person.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary circa £23,000-£25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday office hours of 9 am - 5 pm on a permanent, full-time basis

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE , are:
- Account managing a portfolio of suppliers
- Completing new account set ups
- Building relationships with both new and existing suppliers
- When required visit key suppliers
- Providing quotations for your suppliers
- Training your suppliers on how to use the IT systems you share
- Carrying out credit checks on suppliers and informing them of decisions
- Working closely with internals teams to ensure that the correct paperwork is gathered and completed correctly
- Using E-sign programmes
- Chasing up any outstanding documentation
- Providing GP forecasts
- Generating reports
- Following up on proposals
