Summary of theCustomer Account Handlerrole
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 12:15pm
The role
As the Customer Account Handler your role will involve the following important duties:
- Manage and process orders weekly orders for a large account.
- Manage stock levels and availability.
- Booking and organising deliveries and logistics.
- Manage customer discrepancies and queries.
The experience required
As a successful Customer Account Handler you will have the following:
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Well-organised with attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to plan, multitask and work to tight schedules.
