Role Overview: As a Customer Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves a blend of strategic account management, customer communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions, from order to despatch
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Be involved in full project management including costing and production planning
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance
