Form of workSue Ross Recruitment are working for a well established manufacturing company in the recruitment of a fluent Italian speaking Customer Service/Account Manager.
You will be responsible for managing all Italian accounts, this will include;
- Being the first only point of communication to all customers in Italy
- Raising orders
- Investigating complaints
- Creating shipping documents
- Customs clearance
- Arranging transport
Applicants must be fluent in Italian (spoken and written), have excellent customer service skills, together with proven administrative and IT skills.
