Customer Account Manager
Job Description
- Taking charge of the full client life cycle – from on-boarding through to retention, and everything in-between
- Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
- Act as the main conduit for service users, engineers, and data processors (to name a few)
- Proactively engage with customers to identify underutilised functions, improve interfaces and make suggestions to maximise offerings
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- A recognised degree or accreditation in a relatable field or practical experience in a safety focused civil/rail/infrastructure or similar engineering role
- The ability to positively engage and communicate across all business levels and all mediums
- Experience with SaaS
- Confident enough to make recommendations and provide advice on additional products and services
- Highly competent with technology, and software systems.
