Customer Accounts Income Officers
- Helping collect rents, and work out payment plans so experience of this will be needed.
- Deal with rent arrears calls on both an inbound & outbound basis.
- As an organisation, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and it is of paramount importance that the calls are handled in a highly professional manner.
Skills Required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven previous debt management/income/arears collection experience
- Have the ability to handle volume calls professionally
- IT Literate
- Able to commit to the length of the contract with minimal holiday booked within the period
37.5hrs per week on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
