Customer Service Advisor (Accounts, The Hub)

We’re looking for the next great addition to our Customer Accounts Hub Team!

Each day our dedicated Customer Accounts Advisors provide support and first point of contact resolutions to rent and income-based queries from our customers. This is a rewarding and challenging phone-based role, where excellent communication skills are required in combination with empathy and judgement to find the best outcome for each resident that gets in touch.

Whilst you don’t need to have a background in social housing, rent queries, or welfare benefits, we would like you to have a general understanding of this.We’ll also be providing full training delivered at our Waterfront House offices when you join us. All you’ll need to get started is at least 12 months proven customer service experience, the desire to learn and the passion to help others.

What else do you need to know?

You’ll mix it up between home and office working, usually 2-3 days per week, with shifts ranging between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll have access to your rota and shift pattern at least 4 weeks in advance.

in our new office based in Beeston, Nottingham.
