Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM
- Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate to resolve complex issues
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Participate in ongoing training
- Adhere to company policies
Requirements:
- Prior CUSTOMER SERVICE experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and computers
- Teamwork, empathy, and patience
