Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 shifts Monday to Sunday (1 in 3 weekends), office hours
Harper Recruitment Group is excited to collaborate with a specialist online retailer in North Nottingham, who are currently expanding their Customer Service team.
What will the role involve?
- Delivering an excellent level of Customer Service to a valued customer base
- Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, telephone, and live chat
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Liaising with internal teams
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Using multiple communication channels to engage with customers and to add variety to your role
Who are we looking for?
- Proven Customer Service experience from office, contact centre, hospitality, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and able to work at a fast pace
- Bubbly and passionate team player
- Experience using Shopify would be advantageous!
- Additional European language would also be a plus
