Form of workYou will be responsible for the full order process, including dealing with the customer, arranging delivery, liaising with the warehouse to ensure collection.
Main Duties:
- Management of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Work with the relevant delivery partners
- Update the customer with delivery schedules
- Update invoices on system
Essential Knowledge
- Awareness of dealing with different departments in a business
- IT Literate
- Previous experience within Logistics and exports.
- Experience with SAGE
- Organisation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be self sufficient.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
