Following a boom in business, our client are looking for a Customer Consultant to join their busy and passionate team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly motivated team, offering big rewards and lots of scope for development and progression within the company.

The role:

• Ensure clients have correct invoices and correct invoices have been received from suppliers.
• Ensuring clients have correct and accurate documentation within allocated timescales and are fully informed of all necessary information
• Ensuring payments have been received and made on time
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Daily administration including updating systems
• Ensuring all enquiries have been resolved

The person:

• Previous experience in a customer focussed role with a passion for people
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Admin experience is desirable
• Friendly, personable attitude
• Strong attention to detail

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Free parking is available on-site.
