Role summary -
This company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor - Housing Repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to tenants and homeowners who require assistance with their Housing Repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
- Booking appointments for Housing Repairs
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding their Housing Repairs
- Ensuring all Customer Service targets are met
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the database
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Housing Repairs industry is desirable
