We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week.

Key Duties:
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Communicating with customers via email, phone and teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Arrange and attend customer meeting when required
- Keeping a record of any customer enquiries using a CRM system
- Assisting with resolution of shipping and logistic discrepancies and re direct them to the correct departments
- Working closely with carriers and freight partners to coordinate the transport of goods
- Provide clear concise reports and updates to management on customer service metrics
Profile:
- Must have strong communication skills
- Need to have experience within a customer service role
- Ability to work with a team
- Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems
