What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an integral role in maintaining our commitment to outstanding Customer Service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day service issues, acting as the first point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively acknowledge, investigate, and resolve any service issues that arise. Your understanding of our client databases and systems will be crucial in providing efficient solutions. Your ability to manage your own time and workload will ensure that you can meet the demands of this fast-paced role.

* Be the key person for receiving client service issues

* Ensure that all client service issues whether verbal or written are acknowledged in line with the complaints procedure

* Thoroughly investigate all client service issues through discussion with the client and appropriate internal staff

* Resolve all client service issues in a timely manner, always focusing on client resolution and retention

* Understand all our client databases and systems in order to adequately investigate and respond to the client

* Manage your own time and workload confidently

* Be the first point of contact for both client and internal stakeholders

* Challenge and influence at a senior level when necessary

* Maintain a solution-focused approach, keeping the client updated throughout, going above and beyond to resolve quickly and efficiently, within SLA
