Responsibilities
• Proactively introduce customers to M&S Bank Credit Card and Club Rewards upgrade• Become an authority on the products and introduce them to suitable customers• Support store targets for Bank & Services product introduction• Act with integrity and adhere to compliance requirements• Communicate successes and opportunities to store leadership• Share knowledge and experience with store colleagues• Approach suitable customers and discuss products using approved script• Serve customers efficiently, thoughtfully, and compliantly• Stay up to date with training and new ways of working• Adapt to change and different priorities throughout the year
Requirements
• Ability to connect with customers and establish relationships with colleagues• Comfortable starting conversations about products in a compliant way• Determination to improve own performance and store results• Basic level of digital capability• Interest in multi-channel shopping• Understanding of loyalty products and their value• Adaptability to change and evolving role
